Classy Caboose

We’re the Classy Caboose from the Lubbock, Texas area. This unique concession trailer has been owned and operated by Leroy and Irma Hildebrand since July 2001 and can help bring a classy appearance to any outdoor event.

Our unit passes all health requirements - we are licensed and permitted for operation by the State Health Department of Texas as well as being rated as a Top Performer in the Lubbock “Food for Thought” for the last three years. We take great pride in serving well prepared food from a clean environment.

Our specialties are Old fashioned - Hand Dipped Corn Dogs (regular & footlong) and our homemade Lemonade. We make our batter fresh each day (kind of a sweet bread batter), then dip them and cook them up fresh to order. Our batter makes our corndogs different than most others and we, along with many many of our customers, think we make about the best corndog around. Our customers have been known to wait in line for lengthy periods to get our corndogs if necessary. Our lemonade (though not fresh squeezed) is an old homemade recipe that is sure to quench your thirst.

 We also serve Cheese on a Stick, Nachos, Slushes, Fried Twinkies, and Soft Drinks. New items from this past year are Polish Sausage Corndogs, Cajun Sausage Corndogs, Pepperjack Cheese on a Stick, BBQ Brisket Sandwiches, and Chocolate Covered Cheesecake. Some of the events we attend each year are Floydada Punkin Days, Olton Sandhills Celebration, Post Stampede Rodeo, Sweetwater Rattlesnake Roundup, 4th on Broadway, Trinity Valley Fair & Expo, Southern New Mexico State Fair, and the Curry County Fair in Clovis, NM.
